Refund and Return Policy

(1). RETURNS

Please return the item in their original packaging, unused, within the 7 days after the package has been delivered. 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs

We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos of the damaged product(s)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(2). Refunds

You may request a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on hyunbeauty.com are eligible for return. All gift cards, sheet mask and set purchases are final sale. Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, or to a store credit - we are not able to refund to alternate payment methods.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded.


Hyun Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Hyun Beauty account or future orders being refused at our discretion.


There will be a 2% restocking fee, IF the product shows signs of usage.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS Clearance Items, Time Deal, Skin Car Kits or those products otherwise designated as FINAL SALE.


(3). Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Hyun Beauty's discretion and possible to reject any change requests without prior notice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


(4). Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All exchanges are subject to validation and approval at Hyun Beauty's discretion and possible to reject any change requests without prior notice.
